Appointment Policy

With the exception of unforeseeable circumstances, our practice operates on scheduled appointments to ensure each patient receives the time and attention they deserve while also minimizing wait times.

To book an appointment, we recommend calling in advance to secure your preferred time. You can also conveniently schedule your pet's visit online through our website. After your initial visit, you may set up your pet's next appointment during check-out. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other pets in need of care.

Patient Arrival Policy

A few things to keep in mind when arriving at our clinic:
  • We kindly ask that all dogs be kept on a non-retractable or locked leash and cats remain in carriers.
  • If you know your pet has biting issues, please muzzle them.
  • If you are concerned your pet has a condition that may be contagious, please let us know ahead of time so we can make proper arrangements to keep them separated from other pets and clients.

Payment Policy

We thank you in advance for understanding that in order to provide our clients with the most advanced veterinary medicine possible, we ask that all payments be made in full at the time of the appointment.
